It is the story of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh (Played By Deepak Parashar), who has a cursed son. It has been forecast that his child would bring his doom and if he sees the kid, he would turn blind. So the child, who grows up to be Vanraj (Played By Sachin Khurana) and the mother (Played By Natasha Sinha) are packed away. The child is a werewolf and Urvashi (Yana) is someone who is madly in love with him. But unfortunately, he has eyes only for Chandramukhi (Played By Piku Sharma ).

Later in Year 2007 , Sunil Agnihotri opted for the DD National for this serial. and his serial has come top among Doordarshan viewers in its third week of telecast. Initially it got window of One Hour and started airing from Oct'30-2007 on Tuesdays at 10PM to 11PM, but later after monitoring its popularity, DD Started its repeat telecast on sunday mornings at 9:30AM to 10:30AM.
